Anoint your 3rd eye, neck, heart, sacral and feet. Take a concious breath and affirm “I AM” to invite presence, harmony, peace, clarity and grounding.

9 drops under the tongue or added to water, morning and night, or as required. Can also be used during meditation, journalling, seasonal transitions, or when you sense a threshold in your life.
